Delivery: Cost and Time

Delivery timeframe – What is the delivery time?

After placing your order, you will be contacted when we are planning to deliver your order. Our delivery targets are based on working (NZ business) days that are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding NZ public holidays). The day you purchase the item from our stores is counted as “day zero”. If you purchase items from our stores on weekends or public holidays, day zero will be the next working day.

Saturday, Sunday and NZ public holidays are not counted during delivery, so if they occur during your item’s travel time, it will take longer.

If there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store or our distribution centre to your local store free of charge. Transfers typically take approximately 10-14 working days, and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in store and ready for collection.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees. The freight company will deliver the spa pool to the local depot (delivery fee will apply) for the areas where we do not have a store. You can find how to do the installation from the Manual book or visit

Conveyance strategies

With longstanding associations with numerous conveyance organizations, you should rest assured that we can somehow get your spa to you – any place you are. If you need us to take away your garbage, there is an additional fee for garbage collection.
